These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://www.trendtrack.io, our Chrome extension, and any related services (together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Service.

HV SCALE SERVICES - FZCO is the owner and operator of the Trendtrack platform.
Trendtrack is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed to provide users with in-depth competitive intelligence for e-commerce. The platform gives access to a growing database of online stores, advertising campaigns across social media, and trending product insights. It helps users analyze competitors, discover winning products, and optimize marketing strategies globally.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse access to our Services or to maintain accounts for any individual or entity. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or fraudulent.

We reserve the right to delete accounts that appear false, suspicious, or misused, without the obligation to provide justification.

Limitation of liability

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content on our site is complete or error-free. The service may experience downtime or changes without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for direct or indirect losses, including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption.

We may release new features or services from time to time, which may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

Potential services issues

Service interruptions may occur during updates or server maintenance. Data or links may become temporarily inaccessible or appear broken. Trendtrack may experience downtime for up to several weeks during upgrades or technical incidents.

Pricing

Prices are shown in USD, inclusive of all taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing. Users are responsible for internet or telecom fees required to access the platform.

Payment

Payments are processed securely and immediately through our third-party payment providers. By providing your card details, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the card. Failed payments will result in the cancellation of the order.

Billing

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Invoices can be downloaded from your Trendtrack account. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is correct. We may adjust pricing or tax conditions at any time, with notice provided in advance.

Available plans

If you register without selecting a plan, you will be placed on the free Lite plan. Paid plans include Starter and Premium. They differ in credit volume and access to additional features. All plans can be subscribed to monthly or yearly.

Credit system

Each plan includes a limited number of credits, renewed monthly or annually. Credits are consumed when you use certain features like product searches or ad browsing. We reserve the right to modify how credits are calculated or consumed, without prior notice.

Subscription start date

Your subscription starts once your payment is successfully processed. You’ll then gain full access to the corresponding plan features.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time or credits.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days or 365 days depending on your billing cycle. You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid additional charges.

Refund policy

Trendtrack subscriptions are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases within 24 hours of a first-time purchase, and only if justified. Refunds do not apply to renewals, upgrades, or unused time.

Links to our website

Certain organizations (e.g., search engines, news outlets, government agencies) may link to our site without prior approval. Any such link must not be misleading or imply sponsorship. Requests for additional link permissions should be sent to contact@trendtrack.io.

Right to remove links

We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our site. By continuing to link to our site, you agree to these terms.

Link removal requests

If you find any link on our site offensive for any reason, you may contact us. While we will consider requests, we are not obligated to respond.

Disputes

By using the site, you agree to resolve any disputes through binding mediation rather than court proceedings. Mediation will be conducted according to applicable rules of a recognized mediation body.

Jurisdiction

 If litigation becomes necessary, you agree that courts in Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Trendtrack regarding your use of the platform.
